Saudi Private Tour Terms and Conditions :
Welcome to Saudi Private Tours. By booking any of our tours or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Process: A booking is confirmed when we receive a non-refundable deposit of 20% or full payment.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the booking confirmation USD.
1.3 Balance Payment: The remaining balance Of 80%, must be paid before the commencement of the tour or service ( Upon Arrival ) . Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking, with any deposits forfeited.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
- 20% deposit is Non Refundable , Leaving during the Trip will result in Full cancelation Policy of 100% .
2.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
3. Changes to Bookings
3.1 Client-Initiated Changes: If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
3.2 Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation as necessary. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Liability
4.1 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unexpected events.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: Saudi Private Tours will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
4.3 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to failure to meet these requirements.
5. Conduct and Behavior
5.1 Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, guides, and local communities. Any disruptive or harmful behavior may result in the termination of the tour.
5.2 Compliance with Local Laws: Clients must adhere to the laws and customs of the destinations visited. Failure to comply with local regulations may result in legal consequences and immediate removal from the tour.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Personal Information: We collect personal information necessary for booking and conducting our tours. This information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of managing your tour.
6.2 Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Amendments
8.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions: Saudi Private Tours reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their booking.
