The tour begins with an arrival in Riyadh, followed by a historical city tour featuring Murraba Palace, Masmak Museum, Dira Souq, and the National Museum. Day 3 includes a visit to Old Diriyah and the Edge of the World. The journey continues with a flight to Jeddah, exploring its old Ottoman houses and Al Alawi Souq that resembles the bazars of Marrakesh. After a free day in Jeddah, the tour proceeds to AlUla, visiting ancient sites like Musa Ibn Nusayr Fort and Al-Ula Heritage Village. The next stop is Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, followed by a visit to Wadi Qaraqir and Duba. The tour then moves to Magna, Madyan, and Wadi Rum in Jordan, featuring a full-day jeep safari. The final days include visits to Little Petra and the rose-red city of Petra, Saudi Arabia tour packages will conclude with a transfer to Amman Airport for departure.

Tour Itinerary

  • Meet & assist upon arrival, transferee by an AC car/bus to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Riyadh hotel.

  • Start your tour visiting Murraba palace is among the most important palace built by King Abdul-Aziz. this Palace was to accommodate his family. It was built on the local traditional Najid style by using local building material only.
  • Then visit the Masmak museum, Enjoy and step back in time and explore Saudi Arabia’s short documentary and re-enaction of the capture of the fortress by King Abdul Aziz, whose spearhead you can still see embedded in its wooden gate.
  • Dira Souq is famous for its variety of old copper and brass objects including silver daggers, silver Bedouins Jewelry and dresses. While entering from main access, visitors always smell sandal wood fragrance. Dira Souq is worth buying antique carpets and other useful Saudi heritage antiques.
  • Then visit The National Museum of Saudi Arabia. Established in 1999, It is part of the King Abdul-Aziz Historical Centre in Riyadh.
  • Overnight in Riyadh.

  • Visit Al Turaif district, the area’s citadel-marked primary quarter, was the original seat of power for the Kingdom’s Al Saud family.
  • Once home to religious scholar Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab, its maze of twisting streets leads to low-lying mud huts that have been transformed into sparkling heritage sites, including Diriyah Museum, a former palace with exhibits on Saudi history and the restored Al Zawihra Mosque.
  • In the afternoon we drive on Makkah Road towards the Edge of the World, one-way drive is approx. 120 Kms from Riyadh along the Tuwaiq Escarpment on both paved road and gravel access.
  • Definitely worth a visit and a perfect day trip because of the spectacular scenery and an unforgettable experience. What makes Edge of the World special is a rock-framed “window” with a wonderful view of the plateau and the view from them looks “endless”, in other words, it seems as though you are standing on the Edge of the World, and only a flat plain can be seen in the horizon as far as the eye can reach. Sunset view at this point is always very fascinating. We shall drive back to Riyadh after sunset.

  • A small fort still stands in the middle of the Heritage Village of Al- Ulla and is known as Musa Ibn Nusayr Fort. It was probably a fortified structure as early as the Dedanite or Lihyanite times as some Dedanitic inscriptions were carved on the rock where the fort was built.
  • Al-Ula Heritage Village (ghost town), also known as Ad-Deerah, is the traditional Arabian village where people of the oasis moved some 8 centuries ago and inhabited until the 20th century. It was built on a higher part of the valley in order to be clear from the floods that can occur during the raining season. At its maximum expansion the town contained over 1 000 houses that were built adjacent to one another thereby forming a wall around the town to defend the population.
  • Overnight in AlUla.

  • Hegra, which was built by the Nabateans is the most iconic historical site of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the first to be listed as a UNESCO Word Heritage, back in 2008.
  • The Nabatean people were Arab merchants actively involved in the frankincense trade originating from ancient Yemen from which they gained their great wealth. Beside Hegra, The Nabateans built many amazing structures that are still standing today, like Petra in Jordan. The Nabatean Kingdom developed from the 2nd century BC until the beginning of the 2nd century AD.
  • Continue to Tabuk for Overnight.

  • The natural jewel of Saudi Arabia, Wadi Qaraqir – also known as Wadi Deise – is a 15-Km-long canyon running through the Jebel Qaraqir, a heaven palm oasis with crestal clear running water. This natural wonder was for a long time a well-kept secret among explorers, before the road leading to the nearby city of Deise was built and satellite images were available to the public, which made it quite
    one of the must-see places in Saudi Arabia.
